Protein purification, identification and preparation platform will hold a detailed operation and application training in June 27 to June 30, combined with GE company Application& COE Lab training center, including basic experimental principles, operations, and various advanced applications such as software commands, automation, and data processing etc. Specific training arrangements are as follows:
Training content:
1. basic terminology of chromatography theory and advanced introduction of chromatography principle
2. The strategy of protein purification and the choice of new packing
3. "KTA Avant instrument automation, data processing and analysis
4. Experimental operation (DoE)
5. "KTA Avant instrument maintenance
Time and place:
June 27th - 09:00 - 15:00: chromatography introduction, gel filtration, advanced and optimized ion exchange chromatography (C301, Medical Science Building)
15:00 - 17:00 : introduction of instrument hardware and software, desalting experimental operation (C301, Medical Science Building)
June 28th - 09:00 - 13:00 : affinity chromatography, advanced and optimized, new packing applications (C301, Medical Science Building)
13:00 - 17:00 : ion exchange chromatography experiment (E205, Medical Science Building)
June 29th 09:00 - 14:00 : QBD and DOE experimental design (C301, Medical Science Building)
13:00 - 17:00 : DOE experiment (E205, Medical Science Building)
June 30th 09:00 - 11:00 : DOE results evaluation (C301, Medical Science Building)
11:00 - 16:00 : results sharing and instrument maintenance introduction (C301, Medical Science Building)
